New Level Care Out-Of-Network Claims Submission Mailbox
On September 23rd, the IA Level Care Support team introduced enhancements to the member portal, improving the process for out-of-network (OON) medical claims submission. The new Level Care OON Member Claims Submission Mailbox is now available for manual submissions, managed by the IA Level Care Support team. This mailbox is located on the “Level Care IA Medical Claim Form” on the Member Portal. Both the new and previous mailboxes will be managed by the IA Level Care Support team to ensure all eligible claims are processed. To ensure the highest quality of service, all Level members are encouraged to use the new mailbox immediately. If members do not submit the necessary supporting documentation, the IA Level Care Support team will contact them directly.
The Hollow Metal Benefit Funds is maintained and administered by a join Board of Trustees on which labor and management are equally represented. The Board of Trustees is responsible for making and enforcing Plan rules and it is responsible for interpreting the Plan provisions uniformly for all participants, with the assistance of the Executive Director and its staff members. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Trustees, manages the Fund Office, and oversees the day-to-day activities of the Funds.
